A good friend of mine is an amazing photographer and motion graphics artists. He came to me to help him realize some ideas he had to design a logo that could be flexible enough to represent all of his artistic capabilities. He knew from the outset that he wanted something geometric that utilized his initials. I dove in and a number of iterations until we felt we figured it out.

The final concept is one that is clean and unassuming in a way that motion graphics should be; they should be pretty much invisible. The varied widths of the letter forms really strikes at the duality of his artistic approach and I think represents him well.
